Booking A Session With Us

By booking a photographic session with us you are agreeing to all our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Upon booking your photographic session with us a session fee is payable to secure your date and time in the diary. The session fee is non-refundable, but fully transferable to an alternative date in case of unforeseen circumstances. 

The use of a camera and video recording is forbidden during your photographic session.

Information You Provide to Us

In consideration of your use of our photographic services or your use of this Website, you agree that to the extent you provide personal information, it will be true, accurate, current, and complete and that you will update all personal information as necessary. 

The following applies to any information you provide to us, which may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, gender or date of birth. 

We may use this information to respond to your enquiries.

By submitting any form of testimonial or correspondence to us you agree to these usage terms and the privacy policy, and you give us specific consent to use such personal testimonial. If you would like us to remove your testimonial at any time, please contact us via email.

Under The 1988 Copyright and Patent Act, Yani Yordanova Photography Ltd. trading as Nova Photo Atelier retains the images and all the rights relating to them, including copyright and ownership rights in the media in which the images are stored.
